Is employer EIS deducted from my salary?
No. Employee EIS is deducted from your salary. Employer EIS is an additional contribution paid by your employer on top of salary.
Does EIS affect take-home pay?
Yes. Employee EIS slightly reduces monthly take-home pay because it is deducted through payroll.
